Join us for a 1.5-hour adventure that takes you from the shoreline into the water, where you'll learn about oyster farming, taste fresh oysters, and even shuck your own.

Stop 1
Put on the supplied waders and listen to the oyster farmer's story about Matthew Flinders' voyage. Wade out to our floating pontoon, where you'll discover how oysters are farmed and get to taste Pacific Oysters and Native Coffin Bay Angasi Oysters. You'll also participate in a hands-on oyster shucking lesson, learning to open your own oyster and ask questions to deepen your understanding.

Please arrive 30 minutes early for wader fitting. If you're traveling from Port Lincoln, allow 45 minutes for travel. We can arrange transport from Port Lincoln at $75 per person—please contact us in advance. After the tour, you can book to enjoy lunch on the water.
